Please do not express personal data or contact details in blog comments, as these are displayed publicly on the site.

Your personal data will only be held as long as you are a subscriber. When you unsubscribe your personal data will be destroyed.

Chronically Ill Kat’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

I use the third party servie Mail Chimp. This only occurs with consent when a user signs up to receive the newsletter. This logs clicks and openings in order to help improve the newsletter. Other third party services used are engaged for the purpose of providing you services on our behalf. I ensure that all of these services are GDPR compliant.
